In a change from the normal exemplification time on a Sunday afternoon, four candidates were exemplified at 9:00am on Saturday by the Council's ceremonial team in the upper hall at Sacred Heart of Jesus.  The new knights included James Arnold, Pedro Bonilla Sr, Nelson Rubio, and Gary Ruebush.   Bob Honzik is the mentor for Pedro and Nelson, Tom Ament for James, and Bud Campbell for Gary.  Nelson, a seminarian from Venezuela who has been adopted by Sacred Heart of Jesus, currently resides at the Formation House in Little Rock as he continues his preparation for the priesthood.

The team members performing the ceremonials were Bill Patterson, Gerald Krawczynski, Tom Yerina (captain), Mike Frantz, Bill Janser, and Jack Widlowski.  Tom Thornton assisted with lighting.

Knights welcoming the candidates and supporting the ceremonial team included: Rick Allen, Tom Ament, John Bodensteiner, Pedro Bonilla Jr, Bud Campbell, Father Bill Elser, Marshall Garrison, Bill George, Bill Gribbon, Floyd Hodge, Bob Honzik, Bob Lennen, John Lucas, Bill Roe, Gordon Wilson, and Gary Wolfer.

With these four new members, the Council now has seventeen towards its target of nineteen for the 2014-2015 fraternal year, a challenge it hopes to meet soon.

With the addition of Pedro Bonilla Sr, the Council has four father/son knight combinations in its membership:
1) Pedro Bonilla Sr/Jr; 2) James and Gerald Millhouse; 3) Raul Monarque Sr/Jr; and, 4) William and Jim Sparks.
